While it is possible to use a drone to identify broken tiles, our experience enables us to detect issues that could require a minor repair rather than a full strip and re-roof.

Most new-build houses have false chimneys. They are primarily there for aesthetics and planning. Installed by a crane and bolted to the timber frame of the roof they create openings that, with the right wind and rain conditions, can allow water to enter the roof space. This inspection involves a drone inspection of the chimney, followed by an inspection inside your loft space to inspect the underside of the chimney.
